For a positive & memorable birth experience

DONA International defines a doula as, "a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible." Doulas are non clinical in nature and work solely for the family; not the midwife, doctor or hospital. Doulas have been shown to reduce the need for medical pain management, lower the rates of induction/augmentation and cesarean birth, and improve breastfeeding rates.

Birth Doula Packages

You can hire a doula for the services you need, always with the option to add on services as you move along your journey.

For first time parents, we encourage the Doula with Childbirth Education Option. For repeat births we can accommodate with a simpler package. Postpartum and Breastfeeding support can be added to any doula service, or can be a stand alone offering.
